• "UseMyStats Needs More Information"

Problem: UseMyStats or the QuickBooks Web Connector are missing information needed to push the stats to UseMyStats.

Solution: Open QuickBooks with the correct company file. Open the QuickBooks Web Connector (it's usually found in the tray down by the clock in the right bottom corner of the screen) and click on the checkbox next to "UseMyStats.com Quickbooks Integrator" and click the "Update Selected" button (see above image). You should see the a status bar indicating that the stats are being pushed up to UseMyStats.com. When this is done, go ahead and click "Hide" on the QuickBooks Web Connector and close QuickBooks. UseMyStats now has enough data to continue to pull in your stats for you.

  • "QuickBooks Authentication Failed"

Problem 1: The most common cause of this issue is that another company file is open in QuickBooks when the QuickBooks Connector (QBWC) tries to push data to UseMyStats. The QBWC is trying to pull data from the wrong file. Some times QBWC will try to prompt the user to allow UseMyStats access to the open company file.

Solution 1: Disapprove any permissions requests from QBWC and close the company file when you are done working with it. QBWC will try to sync with UseMyStats again in 24 hours and it should all work fine if that other company file is closed.

    ------------------------------

Problem 2: The username and/or password have changed for the QuickBooks company file and the QBWC can't access it any more.

Solution 2: Open the QuickBooks Web Connector (it's usually found in the tray down by the clock in the right bottom corner of the screen) and click on the checkbox next to "UseMyStats.com Quickbooks Integrator" and click the "Update Selected" button (see above image). If you are prompted to re-enter your QuickBooks password, please do so (not your UseMyStats.com password) and click "Yes" to save the password. You should see the a status bar indicating that the stats are being pushed up to UseMyStats.com. When this is done, go ahead and click "Hide" on the QuickBooks Web Connector. Everything should be hooked back up and ready to go again.

  • "Wrong File Open"

Problem: QuickBooks is open to a different company file than the one that is connected with UseMyStats.

    Solution: Close QuickBooks
